Batemans Bay

Batemans Bay is a fishing port on a beautiful estuary. The town offers nice beaches and is a popular place with holidaymakers from Canberra. South of Batemans Bay are several relatively undeveloped, small coastal towns that are separated by large tracts of forests. Batemans Bay itself is surrounded by bushland.

There are many hotels and restaurants in town, as well as two shopping centers. Bateman's Bay is 225 km southwest of Sydney and 105 km southeast of Canberra.
