Embu

Embu is southeast of Mount Kenya, about 105 km northeast of Nairobi. The city is a main commercial center and it is spread out over many kilometers along the main road. There is nothing special to see in Embu and it is far away from the entrances to Mount Kenya.

There are several hotels in Embu. You can get there by matatu (minibus) from Nairobi.
