Faichuk


Faichuk is also referred to as Faichuuk, Tol, or the Western Islands. It consists of the islands of Paata (Pata), Polle, Wonei (Onei), Tol, Eot, Fanapanges, Romanum and Udot. The islands are located in the western part of Chuuk's Truk Lagoon and are separated from one another by narrow canals.

The islands have mostly hilly landscapes. Mount Winipot on Tol island is the highest peak in the region. It is 443 m high.

Faichuk is located in the archipelago of the Caroline Islands.
