Jardim do Mar

Jardim do Mar means 'garden by the sea'. The road to the village is lined with flowers and patches of exotic fruit trees and there are many colorful flowers in Jardim too. The waves at Jardim do Mar can be very large, especially during the winter months, when surfers can be seen practising there.

Accommodation is available in town. Jardim do Mar is 30 km northwest from Funchal.
