Jotunheimen National Park, or Jotunheimen nasjonalpark, is Norway's best national park. It covers a large mountainous area with numerous glaciers. The area is excellent for hiking and there are many different trails. Huts are available along the trails and the landscape is stunning. You will see ravines, valleys, lakes and waterfalls. The numerous lakes and rivers are perfect for trout fishing.

Animals that can be spotted in the park include lynx, moose, Norwegian red deer, reindeer, roe deer and wolverine.

Jotunheimen National Park is in southern Norway, 220 km northwest of Oslo. Accommodation is available in the towns of Sogndal and Lom, not far from the park.
