Kelowna

Kelowna is a city in the south of British Columbia. It is a tourist resort and serves as a trade center for a fruit-growing and lumbering area. Other industries include wine making and machine-shop working.Kelowna is known for its seasonal wildfires.

Accommodation and restaurants are available in town. Kelowna is on Okanagan Lake, 330 km northeast from Victoria and 3250 km west from Ottawa.
