Limbé

Limbé

Limbé used to be called Victoria, when it was the capital of the British part of Cameroon. The main British legacy in the town are its botanical gardens, which are very well maintained, since Limbé is the place where the rich of Cameroon go to on weekends. There are some beaches in town, but the best ones are located at Six Mile Beach. That beach offers no accommodation though.

Accommodation in Limbé itself is available, there are some hotels and guesthouses. There are restaurants scattered all over town. Limbé is 250 km west of Youandé.
