Lucaya
Lucaya is a suburb of Freeport. Lucaya's main attraction is the Lucayan National Park, a 40-acre large park that includes the world's largest known underwater cave system, as well as a mangrove swamp, numerous estuaries that can be visited with kayaks and fantastic beaches. You can get to the park by car, or by boat from any of the Freeport/Lucaya marinas.
Lucaya is a major scuba-diving destination, where organized dives are available, including shark-feeding dives. Lucaya also has a dolphinarium. There are countless hotels, apartments and restaurants in the town. Lucaya is 210 km north of Nassau.
