Mamanuca Islands
The volcanic Mamanuca Islands are located just off Viti Levu's western coast. The group consists of around 20 tiny islands that are popular with scuba divers, snorkelers, surfers and sunbathers.
Most of the islands have beautiful white-sand beaches and are surrounded by reefs, but only some of them, like Monu and Monuriki, have significant areas of native forest left. Those stretches of forest are home to numerous birds and reptiles.
Accommodation is available on most of the islands. You can get to the Mamanuca Islands by boat from Nadi.

- Beachcomber is a privately owned island that is also known as Tai.
- Eori is at the northwestern end of the Mamanuca Group.
- Kadavu Lailai is home to the Serenity Island Resort. It is also known as Bounty Island.
- Kadomo.
- Lovuka is also known as Treasure Island.
- Malamala is a tiny resort islet. It is also known as Daydream Island.
- Malolo Levu.
- Malolo Lailai.
- Mana is a small, privately-owned island.
- Matamanoa.
- Monu.
- Monuriki is also known as Modriki Island.
- Namotu.
- Nautanivono is also known as Yadua.
- Navadra.
- Navini.
- Qalito is the island where the movie Castaway was filmed.
- Tavarua.
- Tavua.
- Tivua is a small coray cay. It is uninhabited.
- Tokoriki.
- Vomo.
- Vomo Lailai, or Little Vomo, is a sister island to Vomo Island.
- Vunivandra is also known as South Sea island.
- Wadigi is a small islet with a private resort.
- Yanuya.
