Margate

Margate is an important holiday town on the Nkhongweni river, 120 km southwest of Durban. There is a good beach, but it gets very busy with tourists during the summer. Christmas and Easter are especially busy.

Accommodation is widely available in Margate. There are many café's and restaurants in Margate. The town boasts a golf course.
