Mphephu Resort

Mphephu Resort is 35 km west of Thohoyandu, in the northeast of South Africa. Most people visit Mphephu Resort for its hot springs. The resort also has swimming pools and a sport field.

Accommodation is available at the springs in the form of chalets, as well as a caravan park. Food can be purchased from the cafeteria, or from the nearby Sendedza shopping centre.

About 5km from Mphephu you can visit the Dzata Ruins and museum. nearby Tziendulou, where King Thohoyandou settled on his arrival from the north is also an interesting place. The Phiphidi Waterfall is not far away either.

Mhephu Resort is 370 km northeast of Pretoria.
