N'guigmi

N'guigmi used to be beautifully located on the shore of Lake Chad until the lake started retreating. Its shores are still not very far away though. There is a busy market, where fresh brochettes are sold. The market is in the south of town.

There is very little accommodation in town. N'guigmi is 1195 km east of Niamey.
