Naantali
Naantali dates from 1443, the year when the Brigittine Convent received its charter. The municipal area covers some 51.85 km². Naantali's traditions, its seaside location and unique environment make it a lively and hospitable little town.
Naantali is home the Finnish President's Summer Residence of Kultaranta, the Moomin World, a beautiful Convent Church and a splendid spa. The Old Town is preserved very well. Several events, including the Music Festival, are held throughout the year.
Naantali is in the southwest of Finland, not far from Turku and about 170 km northwest of Helsinki.
