Nanchang
Nanchang is the capital of China's Jiangxi province. There is little of interest and most people only know it for the disastrous Kuomintang uprising that took place there in 1927.
nanchang features several interesting landmarks. They include:
- Tengwang Pavilion was built inh 653. It is one of 'the Four Great Towers of China'.
- Poyang Lake is China's largest freshwater lake.
- Star of Nanchang is a huge Ferris wheel
- Qiushui Square
- Jiangxi Provincial Museum and Bada Shanren Exhibition Hall
- People's Park is the city's largest park.
- Bayi Square and Memorial
