Ono-i-Lau consists of a number of islands that are encompassed within a barrier reef system. The islands are located in Fiji's Lau Archipelago.

Even though 'ono' means '6' in Fijian, there are many more islands and islets in Ono-i-Lau. There are 4 'main' islands:

There is also a sandy cay called Udui.

The highest point in Ono-i-Lau rises 113 m (371 ft) above sea-level. There are 4 towns in Ono-i-Lau. On the island of Onolevu:On Doi:

There is an airstrip on Onolevu. Ono-i-Lau is located 90 km (56 mi) southwest from the island of Vatoa.
