Pointe Saint-Georges
Pointe Saint-Georges is a lovely town on the banks of the Casamance River, 250 km south of Dakar and not far from Ziguinchor.
You can take pirogue trips on the river, but there is not much accommodation in town. Most people in town make a living in the fishing industry.
