Rab Island
Rab Island, or Arba, is one of the islands that belong to the Kvarner archipelago, off the northwestern Croatian coast. Although the island is not very large it boasts a wide variety of landscapes, ranging from barren rocks in the northeast to lush pine forests on the southwestern side of the island.
There are several interesting villages on Rab Island, including the medieval town of Rab.
Rab Island has ferry connections with the mainland town of Stinica and the neighbouring islands of Krk and Pag.
