Scrub Island
Scrub Island is a 4 km (2½ miles) long island off Anguilla's northeastern tip. It is covered in scrubby vegetation and inhabited by herds of goats. On the island's western side is a nice beach that offers some good snorkeling spots. There is also an abandoned airstrip, as well as several abandoned houses, mainly due to hurricane damage.
There are no facilities on Scrub Island, so you will have to bring your own supplies. Boats to Scrub Island can be arranged at Island Harbour. Scrub Island is 12 km northeast of The Valley.
