Trinidade

Trinidade is a small town, south of the capital of são Tomé, several kilometers inland. The town boasts a lovely small white church. Trinidade is a good place to stay if you want to hike to the country's highest mountain, 2024 meter high Pico de São Tomé. At the edge of town, a track marked by green stones leads to the Cascadas de São Nicolau, a nice little waterfall, where you can take a refreshing shower.
