Golfito

The important port of Golfito lies on a small bay off Golfo Dulce. It is an excellent place to stay if you want to explore the region's marvelous beaches. Northeast of Golfito are numerous beautiful coves, surrounded by rain forest. Many of them have lodges, where you can stay.

There are several hotels in Golfito. The town is 180 km southeast of San José.
