Little Cyclades

The Little Cyclades consists of a string of small islands within the triangle formed by the Cyclade Islands of Náxos, Amorgos and Íos. They are often referred to as Minor Islands, Back Islands or Lesser Islands. Only the four islands of Donousa, Koufonisia, Iraklia and Shinousa are permanently inhabited, but in ancient times most of them had a dense population. As a result on most of the Little Cyclades, numerous graves are found.

The islands all have nice beaches and accommodation is available only on the 4 inhabited ones.
