The Baths
The baths, on the island of Virgin Gorda, is one of the most amazing sights in the Caribbean. It consists of a surreal collection of huge granite boulders that lie all over the beaches on the island's southwestern tip. There are numerous caves that fill up with water when the tide comes in and empty again at low tide. The tidal waters have eroded countless crevices and pools, some of which are permanently submerged and can only be accessed by divers. The Baths is on the south side of Devil's Bay and it is well worth bringing scuba diving gear.
The Baths is one of the most visited places in the British Virgin Islands.
