The Arno Atoll includes 133 islands and islets and is home to around 1,000 people. The most populous islets are Ajeltokrok, Kobjeltak, Rearlaplap, Langor and Tutu, while the largest town is Ine. The atoll also hosts two airstrips.

One of the most interesting features on Arno was the 'love school' in the Longar area. In that school, young women were once taught how to perfect their sexual techniques.

Most visitors who come to the Arno Atoll do so because of its excellent deep-sea fishing facilities. Especially in the waters off Longar Point, mahi-mahi, marlin, sailfish and yellowfin tuna abound. In that area, about 4,500 kg (10,000 lbs) of tuna and reef fish are caught every month. Most of the fish is sold to Majuro, which is 20 km (12 mi) away.

Copra, which is dried out coconut-meat, is used for the production of coconut oil. Popular hand-woven Kili bags are also produced there.

Accommodation is available on Arno. The atoll is in the Pacific Ocean, only 20 km (12 mi) east of Majuro.
