Buck Island
Buck Island is a small, uninhabited islet, some 3 km (2 mi) north of Saint Croix Island. Buck Island and its surrounding reef have been declared a nature reserve and interesting excursions to the islet are available in Christiansted.
Buck Island boasts a marvelous beach and fantastic Elkhorn coral. An underwater snorkeling trail is available to introduce you to the region's colorful marine life.
