The Mausoleum of Genghis Khan is a shrine that is dedicated to Genghis Khan. It has never been the place where the body of Genghis Khan was laid to rest, but it is a place, where he is worshipped.

Inside the building's main hall is a coffin, but it only contains headdresses and accessories, but no body. The actual grave of Genghis Khan has never been discovered. The mausoluem was constructed between 1954 and 1956. It original relics were destroyed during the Cultural Revolution and they were replaced with relicas in the 1980s.

The mausoleum is located in the Kandehuo Enclosure in the town of Xinjie, Inner Mongolia. It is is 115 km (71 mi) north of Yùlin, 55 km (34 mi) south of Dōngshēng, 185 km (115 mi) south of Bāotóu and 560 km west from Beijing.
