Darwin (Minnesota)

Darwin is a town in the southern part of Minnesota. The town was platted in 1869. It was named after E. Darwin Litchfield, who was a major stockholder of the Saint Paul and Pacific Railroad.

- Darwin-Dassel Park.
- The Twine Ball Museum is located at the intersection of 1st Street and Weird Alley. The latter was named after 'Weird' Al Yankovic, who was author of the song The Biggest Ball of Twine in Minnesota.
- The Biggest Ball of Twine in Minnesota is located adjacent to the Twine Ball Museum.
There are some eateries in the area. Darwin is located 110 km northwest of Saint Paul.
