The Forêt Classée de Missa-Höhe (Missa-Höhe Forest Reserve) sits in the mountains to the northwest of K'palimé, straddling the border with Ghana. It covers 5,000 hectares (12,000 acres) of steep hillsides with semi-deciduous forest that mostly consist of bark cloth and iroko trees.

The African green tree frog, Baumann's olive greenbul and the olive-green camaroptera only live in Missa-Höhe and there are more than 70 different bird species.

The reserve is about 120 km northwest of Lomé.
