Hayghar Valley, or Haighar valley, is a stunning valley that ios often referred to as the 'Grand Canyon of Iran'. It was formed by the Qareh Aqaj River eroding the rock away over millions of years. The valley is about 8 km long.

Boat rides on the river are available. A walking path leads to the valley.

Hayghar Valley is in the Zagros mountains in southern Iran. It is 4 km southeast of Firuzabad and 870 km south of Tehran.
