Namuka-i-Lau Island
Namuka-i-Lau is a volcanic island that is located in the southern section of Fiji's Lau Archipelago. The island is about 6.5 km long and 1.5 km wide at its widest point. Its surface is about 5 km².
Most of the island is covered in forest and a coral reef completely surrounds it. The highest point on Namuka-i-Lau is 79 m high. The only town on the island is called Namuka.
Namuka-i-Lau is 33 km northeast from the island of Kabara, 35 km nord from Fulaga Island and 30 km southwest from Moce Island. Fiji's capital of Suva is 330 km to the northwest.
