Ovalau Island
Ovalau is part of the Lomaiviti Archipelago. The rugged volcanic island measures about 13 by 10 km. Thehighest peak on Ovalau is Nadelaiovalau, which is 625 m high.
The largest town on the island is Levuka. It is located on the coast and it used to be Fiji's capital.
Other coastal towns include Moturiki, Naigani and Wakaya. Lovoni is in Ovalau's interior.
