The island of Weno was formerly known as Moen. Most of the island is build over, forming the largest town in the Federated States of Micronesia (FSM). Weno is located in the state of Chuuk.

Most people visit Weno for its diving possibilities. The Kimiuo Aisek Memorial Museum was established to honour Kimiuo Aisek, who founded Chuuk's diving industry.

The Catholic Immaculate Heart of Mary Cathedral is located in the east of Weno and dates from the end of the 1960s. Wiichen Men's Meetinghouse is located in the same area and consists of petroglyphs and a swimming basin. It is not far from the Wiichen River.

Weno is about 700 km west of Palikir.
