Heather Perkins, Shawn Allen, Kirsten Hall and Keitha L. Shepherd were the four members of the all female Washington, DC band Pure Soul. In 1995, they released their only album titled "Pure Soul". It featured Teddy Riley, former Club Nouveau members Denzil Foster and Thomas McElroy and Rafaal Saadiq from Tony, Toni, Toné. The girls sound a bit like En Vogue, but the tracks are much better. After the one album, the girls went their separate ways.
