Maria Island National Park covers all of Maria Island, off Tasmania's eastern coast. The island has ferry connections with the town of Triabunna on Tasmania. The park is a popular retreat for birdwatchers and features magnificent cliffs, beaches, forests and historic buildings. Maria Island is excellent for walking.

If you want to stay overnight on Maria Island, you will have to bring you own supplies, as you cannot buy anything there. There are several camping sites on the island.
