Priština
Priština was a small village during the 14th century. It slowly became an important mining and trading center. Nowadays it is the capital and largest city of Kosovo.
Some of the sights in Priština include the Cathedral of Saint Mother Teresa, the Christ the Saviour Church, the Great Mosque, Çarshi Mosque and the Llapi Mosque. The Kosovo museum has an interseting collection. In the center of town you'll find the Clock Tower served to inform the population about times to pray and shopkeepers on times when to close their shops.
