Anamur

Anamur is only about 130 km east of Alanya, but the trip can take up to 3 hours as the road is narrow and bendy. In Anamur you will find an ancient castle and the Anamurium; a collection of Roman ruins spread over a wide area.
If you don't have proper means of transportation, the only way to get around between these places is by taxi. Taxis are available from the bus-station where the main mosque is also located.
