Jost Van Dyke Island

During the day there's little happening on Jost van Dyke, but the island comes alive at night and is a popular haunt for partygoers from Tortola. On Jost van Dyke are numerous beach bars and pig roasts are set up every evening.

There are several good beaches on Jost van Dyke and its outlying islands. The best ones are located on Little Jost Van Dyke, Green Cay and Sandy Cay and they can easily be visited on a day trip.

There are several hotels and restaurants on Jost van Dyke. The island has ferry connections with Tortola's West End, but it is also possible to rent a motorboat and go there independently. Jost van Dyke is 10 km northeast of Road Town and has a population of only a few hundred people.
