Maracas Bay Village
Maracas Bay is a fishing hamlet that boasts the most popular beach on Trinidad. Another good beach can be found at Tyrico Bay, just to the east of Maracas Bay. It is quieter and less commercial. About 7 km east of Maraca Bay is Las Cuevas, which sits on a bay with a nice brown-sand beach.
There are several hotels and restaurants in town. Maracas Bay is 12 km north of Port of Spain.
