Mount Field National Park
The mountain scenery of Mount Field National Park is regarded as some of the most spectacular on Tasmania. The park also features alpine moorland, dense rainforest, marvelous gorges, lakes and beautiful waterfalls, as well as an abundant wildlife. Mount Field National Park is excellent for hiking.
The park is 65 km northwest of Hobart and some 820 km southwest of Canberra.
