Nwanedi National Park

Nwanedi National Park covers the dry, northern slopes of the Soutpansberg Mountains and the lowveld that lies behind them. You can only enter the park in a vehicle and it is not allowed to walk. Some of the animals that roam the area include lions and white rhinos. The area has a very hot climate.

The nearest towns are Sibassa and Gomela in the south and Tshipise in the north. The park is in the area of Venda, in the northeast of South Africa.
