Petit Martinique Island

Petit Martinique is a small volcanic island, 4 km northeast off Carriacou's eastern coast. Only several hundred people, mostly fishing folk, live on the isolated island. There is a church on Petit Martinique, as well as a school and a grocery shop, but otherwise there is little of interest and not much to do. The island has one road on its western coast, but most locals get around on foot, as distances are not great.

Accommodation is available on Petit Martinique. The island has boat connections with Hillsborough on Carriacou, although locals will also be able to take you there in speedboats.
