Sidi Abdel Rahman

Sidi Abdel Rahman lies 25 km northwest of El Alamein on the Mediterranean coast. It has beautiful white sand beaches and it is very quiet. The area is inhabited by nomadic Bedouins as the government tries to make these people settle and abandon their nomadic lifestyle.

Other than laying on the beach there is not much to do in Sidi Abdel Rahman. Buses connect the town with Alexandria.
