Vigan

Vigan is an interesting town in the north of Luzon Island. It boasts numerous well-preserved Spanish colonial structures and as a result the town has a unique 17th century European atmosphere. Various national Philippine heroes were born in Vigan and there are several museums in town that are dedicated to them.
